1. Before starting, check the hydraulic oil level, filter cloth integrity, filter plate alignment, and pipeline connections to ensure no leakage or looseness.
2. Do not start the machine before all filter plates are fully closed and pressed; avoid partial pressing or empty pressing.
3. Keep the feeding pressure and flow stable within the rated range; do not overload to prevent filter plate damage or oil cylinder failure.
4. Ensure the filter cloth is flat and wrinkle-free; avoid slurry leakage caused by misplaced cloth or oversized particles.
5. Regularly clean the filter plate feeding holes and drainage channels to prevent clogging and uneven pressure.
6. During automatic operation, do not approach the filter plate moving area to avoid pinch or squeeze hazards.
7. Do not adjust hydraulic pressure, electrical parameters or program settings without professional guidance.
8. After shutdown, clean residual sludge, drain accumulated water, and lubricate moving parts as required.
9. Regularly inspect hydraulic components, electrical system and sealing parts; replace worn parts in time.
