SINOU squeezing Reinforcing Bar Socket is a special non-threaded connecting bushing independently developed for heavy vibration sludge dehydration equipment. Different from threaded reinforcing bar sockets that rely on bolt meshing for fixing, this squeezing Reinforcing Bar Socket abandons all thread structures and adopts integral seamless steel forging blank.

It relies external hydraulic tool to squeeze and produce plastic deformation, forming tight zero-clearance wrapping fit with equipment spindle, which thoroughly avoids thread slipping, corrosion and tooth breakage caused by long-term sludge splash and alternating vibration.

The whole set has high axial and radial bearing capacity, widely used for spindle fixing of sludge feeders, membrane filter presses and tank agitators in mixing plant sewage stations, municipal sludge treatment yards.

(1) Complete Installation Steps

① Thoroughly polish and clean the outer surface of the spindle, remove rust scale, sludge and metal burrs to avoid uneven wrapping caused by foreign matters.

② Manually sleeve the squeezing Reinforcing Bar Socket on the designated spindle installation position, adjust to horizontal and coaxial state.
