1. Parameter Specification

2. Working Principle

Feeding and Washing: Residual concrete is automatically fed into the inclined rotary drum. The water jets break down the cement paste, separating it from the aggregate surface.

Grading and Discharge: Coarse stone is pushed forward by the spiral blades and discharged from the front outlet. Fine sand passes through the screen holes in the middle section and is discharged separately. The separated slurry flows through the screen into the collection tank.

Slurry Recycling: The collected slurry is pumped into a sedimentation tank for clarification. The clear water is then recycled back into the washing system, forming a closed loop. The sedimented sludge can be further processed by a filter press for solid-liquid separation, achieving zero sewage discharge.

3. Usage Precautions

Installation Requirements: Place the machine on flat, hardened ground to ensure it is level and stable. Avoid installation on uneven or soft ground, as this can cause vibration and affect separation efficiency. Ensure there is sufficient space around the machine for maintenance and ventilation.
