The ultrasonic concentration meter adopts full straight pipe structure without internal dead angles. Symmetric ultrasonic transmitting and receiving probes are installed on both sides of the measuring pipeline. When slurry flows through the tube, solid particles and micro bubbles will attenuate ultrasonic energy.
The built-in high-precision chip calculates real-time solid content by sound velocity loss data, with independent temperature compensation program to eliminate data drift caused by medium temperature fluctuation. The built-in anti-interference algorithm automatically filters the influence of fiber and tiny air bubbles, which is highly suitable for printing dye sludge and concrete washing wastewater with many suspended impurities. The tuning fork concentration meter sets resonant sensing probe inside enlarged flange flow channel. The natural vibration frequency of the fork changes with slurry density, and the system converts frequency offset data into concentration value.
The widened cavity avoids sediment wrapping the probe, perfectly adapting to sand-containing construction mortar and mineral tailing slurry. This structure features simple operation and low power consumption, widely applied in main conveying pipelines of environmental engineering projects.
