Install the instrument on horizontal straight pipeline; keep sufficient straight pipe length before and after the meter. Avoid installation at pump outlets, elbows and turbulent flow sections to prevent unstable detection data. Clean pipeline internal gravel, sundries and large solid blocks before mounting.
Complete water zero calibration after installation. Set upper and lower concentration limit parameters matching on-site mortar property to realize automatic linkage with delivery pump and dosing equipment.
