The PLC Controlled Mixer Truck Washing Machine adopts a gantry fully enclosed frame structure, composed of five core parts: main frame, high-pressure spraying system, PLC control cabinet, infrared induction system, and drainage system. The whole machine is welded with thickened square steel, and treated with three layers of surface protection: sandblasting + anti-rust primer + anti-corrosion topcoat. It has excellent resistance to cement, acid, alkali and humidity, ensuring no rust or deformation even in long-term harsh mixing station environments.

2. Spraying System Details

● Nozzle Configuration: Equipped with 304 stainless steel high-pressure nozzles, total 42–54 pieces, arranged in upper, middle and lower three layers.
